The clear, practical details behind becoming a Wayfinder — written simply, so there are no surprises along the trail.
MEMBERSHIP & BILLING
Wayfinder membership begins with $54 due at checkout: $35 for the one-time Welcome Edition No. 001 plus the first $19 month of Wayfinder Membership.
For Founding Wayfinders, the recurring membership begins after the founding-period billing pause. No additional $19 membership charge will occur before January 2027. After that pause, membership renews automatically at $19 per month until canceled. Your exact next billing date is available through Manage Membership.
CANCELLATION
You may cancel at any time through Manage Membership, linked in the site footer. Cancellation stops future monthly charges and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. If you have trouble accessing the portal, email hello@thewondersociety.co.
Monthly membership payments already processed are not prorated or refunded, except where required by law.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Because the Welcome Edition and Wonder Post are physical, small-batch correspondence, charges are generally non-refundable once preparation or fulfillment has begun.
If a cancellation request arrives before a Welcome Edition has entered preparation or fulfillment, the request will be reviewed for a refund when possible.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, or a mailing appears to have been lost, email hello@thewondersociety.co as soon as possible. A replacement will be arranged when possible. Because some artifacts are produced in limited quantities, an exact replacement may not always be available.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
The Wonder Society currently ships physical Wayfinder correspondence within the United States only. The shipping address entered at checkout is used for physical fulfillment.
You may update your shipping information through Manage Membership. Please make address changes as early as possible before the next mailing is prepared. Once a mailing has entered fulfillment, an address change may not be possible for that shipment.
Founding Wayfinder Welcome Editions are planned to begin mailing in January 2027. Because each mailing is prepared in small batches, exact ship dates may vary. Future Wonder Posts follow the monthly Wayfinder rhythm, and any material change to fulfillment timing will be communicated by email.
